This course has been developed to help you improve the visitor experience for all your visitors; from an elderly couple who struggle with steps to a single traveller who is hard of hearing, and a family juggling children and luggage to a teenager managing diabetes. The course includes video clips with comments from visitors, plus ideas from other businesses. And we ask you questions along the way to get you thinking. As you work through the course you will be given the tools to create your own Access Statement as well as an action plan for your business.
